You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this site to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Willow LaLand and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

Purchasing a fine art print or original painting does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Willow LaLand retains all reproduction rights to all artwork.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment platform. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS

Our fine art prints are produced as numbered limited editions. Once an edition is sold out it will not be reprinted. Edition sizes are noted on each product page.

COMMISSION SERVICES

Commission agreements are governed by a separate commission contract which will be provided at the time of inquiry. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all commission work.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make every effort to display artwork colors accurately on our website. However due to variations in monitor calibration and screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in person. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the true colors of the artwork.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow LaLand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
