At Willow LaLand, every piece is prepared with exceptional care before it leaves our studio. We want your artwork to arrive in perfect condition and we take every step to ensure it does.

PROCESSING TIMES

Fine Art Prints on Watercolor Paper
Please allow 10–14 business days for processing. Each print is produced to order using archival pigment-based inks on 100% cotton rag paper.

Fine Art Prints on Canvas
Please allow 3 weeks for processing. Canvas prints are stretched and inspected individually before shipping.

Original Oil Paintings
Please allow 2–4 weeks for preparation. Originals are carefully inspected, professionally packaged, and insured for their full value before dispatch.

Commission Pieces
Delivery timelines for commissioned works are confirmed individually at the time of commission. Please contact us at studio@willowlaland.com for details.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Fine art prints are shipped via Swiss Post and DHL. Original works are delivered by DHL, UPS, or FedEx with full insurance and signature required on delivery.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We ship to most countries worldwide. Complimentary worldwide delivery is included on all original oil paintings. Shipping costs for prints vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
