We want you to love your Willow LaLand piece. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

All sales of original oil paintings are final. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges on original pieces. We encourage you to review all images carefully and contact us at studio@willowlaland.com with any questions before purchasing.

FINE ART PRINTS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our fine art prints, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your print arrives damaged or defective.

If your print arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@willowlaland.com with:
— Your order number
— A description of the damage
— Photographs of the damage and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

COMMISSION PIECES

Commission pieces are created specifically for you and are non-refundable. A deposit is required to begin work and the balance is due upon completion. Any changes to the commission scope must be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS UPDATES

Due to the nature of our packaging process we are unable to make product exchanges after checkout. Please choose your piece carefully.

If you need to update your delivery address please contact us at studio@willowlaland.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched.

If payment is made via PayPal please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order as address changes cannot be made once the PayPal transaction is processed.
