You are welcome to share images of purchased artworks on social media, which does not violate this clause.
Liability
Once an artwork is delivered and accepted by the collector, Willow LaLand is not liable for any subsequent damage or mishandling. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or compensation for artwork that is mishandled by the customer.
We guarantee compensation only for damages that occur during shipping or if the product received is faulty, adhering to consumer protection laws. Each print is thoroughly inspected and only dispatched if it meets our quality standards.

Returns and Refunds

Custom Prints and Returns:
We create custom prints tailored to personal preferences, and due to their personalized nature, these are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless damaged during shipping.
Damaged Prints:
If you receive a damaged print:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photographic proof of the damage.
- Upon verification, a replacement will be sent at no additional charge.
Original Artworks:
All sales of original artworks are final. Originals are shipped directly, either stretched or specially packaged, depending on the size and requirements.
Shipping Policy
We strive to dispatch orders promptly. If you need to change the delivery address, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot alter the address once the item has been shipped.
Larger paintings are shipped off-stretcher and rolled in heavy-duty tubes to ensure their safety.
Duties and Taxes
We operate from Sonoma County, California, and are not liable for any import fees or taxes imposed on international shipments. These are the responsibility of the customer.
